1. Can I have a refund or replacement

Placing an order has been simplified compared to our old system. After registering an account, click “Buy a Service” tab within your account and there, you’ll find all services we provide. You can not checkout without entering the correct link type, and an example link is shown if the incorrect type is entered. So please don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

7. What does the status of my order mean
Completed; This status means your order has been processed and is now completed. Pending; Beginning soon. In Progress; Currently being processed (your service is currently being done). Cancelled & Refunded; We’ve had to cancel your order and refund you the money back into your balance or to your PayPal account. For more information, please Contact Us.
8. What is “Your Balance”
Your balance is the amount of money you have in your account. In order to purchase a product from us, you’ll need to click “Deposit funds & buy” or click on the “Your Balance” section, this will redirect you to our “Top-up” page. There you will find the accepted payment methods which you can deposit with. Select a payment method and enter the amount you wish to deposit (minimum is $1 USD – However, if depositing $1 USD, you’ll just need to enter the number ‘1’ (without the ‘ ‘)). Then continue to make the payment. Once you’ve made a successful payment, you will be redirected back to your SocialStamp Account. Your balance will now appear according to the amount you deposited. Now, you may proceed to the Dashboard (Buy Now page) and purchase any desired Social Network Services. Each product(s) you purchase, your balance will be deducted accordingly. Once you run out of balance, you’ll need to deposit again. Please note that balance is never removed or deleted. The balance is your personal balance! 9. What are Custom YouTube Comments | THIS OPTION IS CURRENTLY DISABLED!
Custom Comments are your own written comments. For example, if you’ve uploaded a video and none of our General Comment Categories match your video content, you’re welcome to write your own written comments and our system will post the comments you have written and given to us.
Custom written comments should be uploaded while ordering. You should upload a .txt formatted file (notepad file) with each comment on it’s own line. So, your file should look similar to this (but with your own comments)
10. What does “Instant” mean
Instant Delivery usually means once you’ve placed a successful order on our Website via your Account, that order begins within a matter of minutes, sometimes seconds. However, not always is your order completed instantly. When we have a lot of orders in our system, your order is then placed in a queue. Once your order has reached the front of the queue, it’ll begin. Once your order begins, it is completed within a matter of minutes depending on the quantity.
With all Instant services we ask that you allow up to 4 hours for your order to begin as sometimes we have many orders in our system and your order will be placed in our 4 hour queue.
